1. Agreement and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement and authority to act for any organization named on your order. An accepted written order identifies the service, charges, billing period and any specific commitments. These terms, our acceptable use policy and the accepted order govern the service; specific agreed order terms prevail if they conflict.
2. Quotes and provisioning
Website configurations and prices are invitations to request a quote. Availability, the US facility, hardware, operating system, transfer allowance, taxes and setup charges are confirmed before an order is accepted. Provisioning begins after the agreed payment and verification steps. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly agreed.
3. Account responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and billing details, protect access credentials and notify support promptly of suspected compromise. You remain responsible for users and applications operating through your service. We may request proportionate verification when necessary to prevent fraud or unauthorized access.
4. Payments and renewal
Charges, renewal dates and payment methods are set out in your order or invoice. Recurring services renew on the agreed cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Optional work and additional resources require agreement. Overdue payments may lead to suspension after notice where practicable. Rate changes apply prospectively with advance notice.
5. Service scope and backups
Unless the order includes management, services are unmanaged. You maintain the operating system, updates, applications, licenses, access controls and independent backups. Storage redundancy is not a backup. Backups or restoration services are included only if listed in the accepted order.
6. Suspension and termination
We may restrict a service for material breach, nonpayment, abuse, a legal requirement or an immediate security threat. When feasible we provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent risks may require immediate action. After termination, data may be deleted; arrange export and independent backups before service ends.
7. Service limitations and liability
Internet services can be interrupted and are not intended for use where failure would directly endanger life. Any availability commitment and remedy are stated in the accepted service agreement. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
8. Disputes and contact
Contact contact@zetixio.net first so we can try to resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in force. Any specific governing law, venue or liability cap must be set out in the accepted order; this website does not impose arbitration. Material changes will be communicated before they apply to an existing service.
