1. Lawful use
Use our services only for lawful purposes and content you are entitled to host. Do not host, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material, unlawful exploitation, fraud, stolen information, or other illegal material.
2. Network and system security
Do not conduct denial of service attacks, distribute malware, operate botnets, steal credentials, access systems without authorization or scan systems without the owner’s permission. Secure publicly reachable services against amplification and abuse.
3. Messaging and intellectual property
Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messaging, phishing and evasion of spam controls are prohibited. Respect copyrights, trademarks and other rights. We review sufficiently detailed rights complaints and may request additional evidence.
4. Resource use
Stay within the allocations in your order. Shared vCPU resources must not be used in a way that materially disrupts other customers. Continuous compute, bulk mail, proxy services or unusually intensive workloads should be discussed before ordering so suitable limits can be agreed.
5. Investigations and enforcement
We assess reports and may request remediation, restrict traffic, suspend or terminate the affected service. Serious or ongoing threats may require immediate intervention. We may preserve relevant records or disclose information when legally required.
6. Report an issue
Email admin@zetixio.net with the affected IP address or URL, UTC timestamps, evidence and a contact address. Do not attach illegal material or confidential third party data. See our Abuse reporting page for details.
